Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and Remoiptv when you use our service. By signing up or using Remoiptv, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. For questions, email hello@remoiptv.com.

1. The service

Remoiptv provides streaming access to a library of channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet. We are an independent reseller. We do not own the broadcast rights to the content distributed through our infrastructure, nor do we claim to.

Your access is for personal, household use only. You may use the service across your own devices, but you may not redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast the signal to others.

2. Your account

When you subscribe, we create an account or set of credentials for you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that happens through them.

If you believe your credentials have been used by someone else without your permission, contact us immediately at hello@remoiptv.com and we'll help you secure your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. If you're below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may not use the service.

3. Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are paid upfront for the period you select (one month, six months, or twelve months). Pricing is shown at checkout and on our pricing page. We accept payment by major cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your period ends, your access stops unless you choose to renew. We'll send a reminder before the period ends so you have time to decide.

If we change pricing in the future, the new price applies only to new subscriptions and renewals. Your current active subscription is not affected.

4. Free trials

We offer free trials on request. To start a trial, message us on WhatsApp and we'll set one up. The trial provides full access to the library for a limited period agreed at the time. No payment information is required for a trial.

One trial per person, per household. We reserve the right to decline trial requests if we detect abuse (repeated trial requests from the same device or contact, for example).

5. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked, by emailing hello@remoiptv.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.

After the 7-day window, refunds are considered case by case, typically only in the event of a confirmed service failure on our side. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This refund policy applies to first-time purchases only. Renewal purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Remoiptv responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Share your credentials with people outside your household.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service.
  • Use the service to broadcast to public venues (bars, clubs, hotels, etc.) without a separate commercial agreement.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or technical measures we use to protect the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose under the laws applicable to you.
  • Run automated tools (scrapers, bots) against our infrastructure.

If we detect a violation, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund and pursue any additional remedies available to us.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, with a target uptime of 99.9% on a rolling 30-day basis. However, no internet service can guarantee perfect uptime. From time to time you may experience brief interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control (your internet provider, your device, regional network outages, force majeure events).

We will not be liable for service interruptions that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For prolonged or repeated outages on our side, contact support and we'll work toward a fair resolution, which may include subscription extensions or partial refunds where appropriate.

8. Cancellation

You can stop using the service at any time. Because subscriptions are paid upfront and do not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Simply do not renew when the period ends.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms, if your payment is reversed or charged back, or if we are required to do so by law. Where termination is for cause, no refund is owed.

9. Intellectual property

The Remoiptv name, logo, website design, and all original content (the wording of pages, illustrations, custom graphics) are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission.

Content streamed through the service is the property of its respective rights holders. We do not transfer ownership of that content to you; we provide access infrastructure only. Your personal viewing rights are limited to private, household use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that all content listed will be available at all times.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities) arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful (for instance, for fraud or gross negligence). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the maximum allowed under your local law applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the service evolves or as the law changes. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes that affect your rights, we'll notify active subscribers by email. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
