03 Is the service stable during major live events?
Our infrastructure is prepared around periods of increased demand, including major matches, tournaments and other high-traffic live events. Performance also depends on your internet connection, device and application. Should an issue occur, our support team is available to help identify the cause and provide an alternative where possible.
04 Can I try Remoiptv before paying?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll set up a free trial for you, no card required. The trial uses the same full library you'd get on a paid plan, so you can test it on your actual TV before committing.
05 What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and most major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). For bulk or business plans we also accept bank transfer. Payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details on our servers.
06 Can I use Remoiptv on more than one device?
Each subscription includes one active stream at a time, which you can switch between any number of devices freely. So you can watch on your living room TV in the evening, your phone on the train the next morning, and your laptop in the office at lunch. If your household needs two simultaneous streams (one TV downstairs, one upstairs at the same time), ask us about adding a second line at a discount.
07 What happens when my subscription ends?
Your line stops working at the end of the billing period. We'll send a reminder a few days before, but there's no auto charge and no surprise renewal. To continue, you renew the same way you signed up: pick a new plan, pay, your existing line keeps the same credentials. If you decide to leave, you leave. We don't make it complicated.
08 Can I change my plan in the middle of a subscription?
Yes. If you're on monthly and want to switch to the annual VIP plan partway through, message us. We'll credit the remaining value of your current plan toward the new one. The reverse direction (annual to monthly) isn't usually necessary since the annual already costs less per month, but we'll talk it through if your situation changed.
09 Is Remoiptv legal where I live?
Remoiptv is a streaming reseller service. Subscription based IPTV viewing for personal use is widely available, but the legal status of redistribution and broadcasting varies by country. We recommend checking the rules in your specific jurisdiction. We don't host or own broadcast rights, we provide access infrastructure.
