Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This document explains what information Remoiptv collects, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've kept it short and written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@remoiptv.com.
1. Who we are
Remoiptv is an IPTV reseller service. This privacy policy applies to our website, the services we provide, and any communication we have with you, including over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
For privacy questions, you can reach us at hello@remoiptv.com.
2. What information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service. Specifically:
- Information you give us directly. Your name (or username), an email address, payment details when you subscribe, and any messages you send us through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
- Information about your subscription. The plan you chose, when you signed up, payment history, and the technical credentials needed to deliver the service to your device.
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, device type, and rough geographic region. We use this for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service.
- Information from third parties. When you pay through a card processor, PayPal, or a cryptocurrency gateway, those services share confirmation of payment with us, but we never see or store your full card details.
We do not collect biometric data, government ID, or any sensitive personal categories beyond what's strictly required to run the service.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the service you signed up for, including delivering credentials, managing your subscription, and supporting your devices.
- Respond to your messages and provide customer support.
- Process payments, issue refunds when applicable, and prevent fraud.
- Send service-related communications (renewal reminders, outage notices, security alerts).
- Improve the service by analyzing patterns in usage and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not run targeted advertising. We do not share your information with marketing networks.
4. Who we share information with
We share your information only with the parties strictly needed to operate the service:
- Payment processors (such as card networks, PayPal, or crypto gateways) to process your subscription payments.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery, email delivery) to keep the service running.
- Communication platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram) when you choose to message us through them. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reading.
- Legal authorities when we're legally required to share information, for example in response to a valid court order.
We require all third parties we work with to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we've agreed.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to understand how visitors use the site. There are roughly three categories:
- Essential cookies, which the site cannot function without (session management, security).
- Analytics cookies, which give us aggregated insights into which pages people visit and where they come from. The data is anonymous and aggregated.
- Functional cookies, which remember preferences like your language or region.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it. Specifically:
- Subscription and billing records are kept for as long as you're a customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal reasons.
- Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your question and improve our support quality.
- Technical logs (IP addresses, server access records) are kept for a short rolling window for security purposes, then deleted.
If you ask us to delete your information, we'll do so unless we're legally required to keep it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information. These typically include:
- The right to know what information we hold about you.
- The right to ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- The right to ask us to delete your information.
- The right to object to how we use your information.
- The right to receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@remoiptv.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Security
We take security seriously. We use industry standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections, secure servers, and limited internal access to customer data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever detect a breach that affects you personally, we'll notify you as quickly as possible.
9. Children
Remoiptv is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally as our service evolves or as the law changes. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
11. Contact
For anything related to your privacy or this policy, write to hello@remoiptv.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.
