Remoiptv is an IPTV reseller service. This privacy policy applies to our website, the services we provide, and any communication we have with you, including over WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service. Specifically:

• Information you give us directly. Your name (or username), an email address, payment details when you subscribe, and any messages you send us through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
• Information about your subscription. The plan you chose, when you signed up, payment history, and the technical credentials needed to deliver the service to your device.
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, device type, and rough geographic region. We use this for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service.
• Information from third parties. When you pay through a card processor, PayPal, or a cryptocurrency gateway, those services share confirmation of payment with us, but we never see or store your full card details.

We do not collect biometric data, government ID, or any sensitive personal categories beyond what's strictly required to run the service.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the service you signed up for, including delivering credentials, managing your subscription, and supporting your devices.

We require all third parties we work with to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we've agreed.
